RETURN CONDITIONS

Is your package not to your liking? How disappointing! We naturally want to resolve this for you quickly. You can return a product within 30 days of receiving it. Our returns service is possible for products that meet the following conditions:

  • The product is provided with original labels, tags and/or cards.
  • The product is (if possible) in the original undamaged packaging.
  • During the cooling-off period you must handle the product and packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you want to keep the product, just as you would do in a physical store.


If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to assess the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So please treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when you return it.

How long do I have to return my order?
According to the right of withdrawal, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your package. However, we want to give you a little longer to make your choice. We therefore give you 30 days to register your return with us. Once you have registered the return, you have another 30 days to return your package.

Can I try out ordered products before returning them?
Of course you can try out the products you receive as you would in a store, only the products that are designated as hygiene products (see product information) may not be returned after use. If we see damage or wear that shows that more has happened than just assessing the product, we will reduce the amount you get back by the resulting depreciation.

What are the costs for returning my order?
Returning our products is completely free for customers from the Netherlands and Belgium, via PostNL, DHL and DPD. However, for customers from other European countries, the return costs are at their own expense.

What happens once I return my order?

Once your package has reached the supplier, you will be informed of the returns process. Upon receiving your return, we will process it within 5 working days.

How long does it take before I receive my refund?
As soon as we have received your return package, you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days. We may wait to refund you until we have received the return or until you have demonstrated that you have sent it back. The amount will be credited back to your chosen payment method.
